These Terms and Conditions govern your use of dreamndraape.com and the purchase of products from Dream N Drape ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric dye lots.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; orders placed before a price change are not affected.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted — and a contract formed — when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Errors in product or pricing information.
• Stock unavailability after order placement.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payment must be completed before dispatch for prepaid orders. COD orders require cash payment at the time of delivery.

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant processor. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Dream N Drape and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Dream N Drape is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream N Drape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a website notice.
