Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship to all major pin codes across India via reputable courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days · Free on orders above ₹2,000
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days · Available at select pin codes · Fee shown at checkout

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your registered email and WhatsApp.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. All applicable duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Order Tracking

Track your order at any time via the My Orders page in your account. You will receive email updates at each stage: confirmed, dispatched, and delivered.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Item must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided.

Non-returnable items: Sale/discounted items, customised or altered pieces, and accessories (blouses, dupattas sold separately) are final sale.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for a different size or colour are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us via our contact form or WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup (charges may apply depending on location).
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when initiating the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
